Hello Mustapha,
When creating the user account, you may select which uner Maintenance - > User Management -> Custom Privilege then you can leave the CDR and CDR recordings from the list to prevent the user from having access to these tabs.

I don't want to create a new user I want the same extension to be logged in with limited access to call recordings because the agent is a call center agent he must access web dashboard of the Ucm with same extension

Hi Mustafa,
Please note that this is not possible, when the extension is logged in successfully via its password to its user portal it will show the CDR and personal file for this extension.
